My personal note to you: I concentrate on providing personal, creative solutions to my clients' problems. I am proud of my broad legal and life experiences and I frequently draw upon those experiences to benefit my clients. I focus on incorporations and corporate representation, drafting and executing wills, estate planning, and serving as an advocate of people injured in accidents or harmed by stock broker misconduct.  While I now concentrate on these areas of client representation, I bring to the table over twenty-one years of broad based legal and trial experience. In all matters of representation and counsel, I consider my clients to be my friends. I treat you as my friend and I am, above all else, accessible and on your side as your advocate. I, and my staff, want to be your problem solvers. We strive for constructive results, not just to put in time.
